About Me

Hi, I’m Jacinda!

Mum to Scarlett, wife, and pet mum, here in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand

Founder of Little Lullaby Club

Certified Family Sleep and Wellness Coach aka Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant

Primary School Teacher

I’m here to help you feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and far more rested by supporting you through the real-life sleep challenges of baby and toddlerhood.

I work with families with babies and toddlers, offering evidence-based, practical, and gentle sleep support tailored to them and your unique family dynamic. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sleep methods. Instead, I guide you through personalised strategies that meet your baby where they’re at while also supporting you as a parent.

Because I believe in a parent-first approach.

I’m also a wife and mum to my beautiful daughter, Scarlett, and a part-time primary school teacher. But it was becoming a mum that changed everything.

While pregnant with Scarlett, sleep quickly became one of my top priorities but I realised no one was really talking about how to make sleep work. Not in antenatal classes. Not in parenting books. All I heard was “Sleep while you can… because you won’t when the baby arrives.” That advice made me feel anxious and unprepared. I knew I needed sleep not just for my baby, but for myself (grumpy is my middle name without it!)

So I dove headfirst into research, determined to find a better way. I didn’t want rigid or harsh methods that went against my instincts. I wanted to understand the science, respect my baby’s needs, and find balance that worked for our family.

That’s what led me to become a Certified Family Sleep and Wellness Coach and to create Little Lullaby Club, a space where parents feel supported, empowered, and never judged all in the name of better sleep.

You are not a bad parent for wanting your baby to sleep. You’re not doing anything wrong if it feels hard. And you’re absolutely not alone.

It’s okay to crave rest. It’s okay to want a break. And it’s more than okay to ask for support. You deserve to feel good in this season, and you don’t have to choose between your baby’s needs and your own.

Whether you’re navigating contact naps, progressions, teething, nap transitions or bedtime battles, I’m here to guide you through it with compassion, clarity, and care.

Through 1:1 support, personalised sleep plans, and my signature guides, I combine real-world experience with evidence-based, responsive care so we can build lasting sleep foundations for your little love, and give you the space to rest, recharge, and reconnect.

You’re doing an incredible job. I’m here to help you feel that too.

Let’s not only help you survive but thrive!

Behind oUR NAME

Every night, as part of our bedtime ritual, I sing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” to my daughter. This sweet lullaby not only signals to her it’s sleep time but also inspired the ‘lullaby’ in our name.

The stars in our logo aren’t just from our favorite song, they hold deeper significance by symbolizing each member of my little family and my 3 core values

  • 1. Freedom - to learn, grow, and find peace in our parenting journey.

  • 2. Flexibility - for maintaining balance and embracing change in a family

  • 3. Priorities - placing family and wellbeing at the center of our lives.

The colors we chose are inspired by sunset. Just like a beautiful sunset prepares the world for the quiet of night, we hope our products, tips and services help prepare your little loves for a restful sleep.

The cloud in our logo represents high aspirations and the dreams all families share of achieving better sleep. It’s a symbol of hope, peacefulness, and the endless possibilities above.

It’s more than just a brand; it’s a community, a set of values, and a daily reminder of what we cherish most.
