Hi, I’m Jacinda, your certified Family Sleep and Wellness Coach aka Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant, and the founder of Little Lullaby Club.

As a new mum, I quickly realised how crucial sleep is - not just for babies but the entire family! There is so much negativity around sleep, and no one talked about baby sleep strategies. This left me feeling anxious and unprepared.

I am a certified Family Sleep and Wellness Coach a.k.a Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant. I am a holistic, passionate advocate for creating healthy sleep habits for babies and toddlers through educating and empowering parents. I understand the challenges that come with ensuring your little love gets the rest they need.

That’s why I created Little Lullaby Club, a responsive sleep support service for families like yours who want practical, realistic solutions. I offer one-on-one sleep coaching tailored to your baby or toddler’s needs, age, and temperament.

I help families with sleep struggles such as frequent overnight wakings, early morning waking, short or skipped naps, sleep progressions, sleep transitions (like dropping naps or moving to a cot), break overtired cycles or contact-dependent sleepers and oh so much more!

Whether you’re looking to improve sleep routines, teach independent settling, or just catch a break, I’m here to support you with kindness, flexibility, and a realistic plan.
